No, because she isn't stronger than every kunochi. She loses to practically all of them. Her speed feats are garbage, as are her taijutsu, and she has no ninjutsu. Medical ninjutsu is nothing on the battle field.
The point is that her genes aren't superfluous like Sakura's and lead to Bolt's greatest powers, Jogan.

Just because your born to a family with a gun collection doesn’t make you a natural gunslinger. Sakura was always above Sasuke in terms of genjutsu, Sasuke wasn’t even that impressive, he is just Uchiha and when he cast a genjutsu it’s powerful. 1 tomoe Sarada genjutsu is more advanced than 3 tomoe Sasuke.
Oh.. then can you link me the chapter where Sakura casts a genjutsu to support that bold? As for the latter part, i'm not sure why you are bringing 1T Sasuke into this.. It wasn't 1T Sasuke that worked with Sakura to produce Sarada was it?
The difference is that Sakura has natural efficiency in genjutsu and chakra control. Sasuke's genjutsu was made powerful because of his Sharingan progressing, and it'd be ridiculous to say whatever skills gained by his Sharingan are inheritable by blood alone. That'd be to say Sarada could cast MS level genjutsu without an MS just because her father had done so with MS' assistance.
