Then i slam my hands onto the ground like im doing a summoning and release all my raiton chakra, so that multiple lightning currents go towards you clone and slab Konkuro*

very good. Tell me now, what uses can you see for this technique and how would you defend against it?

i can use this to stun people, defend off some earth techs, and use this against earth users(like when the use hiding like a mole and such). i can defend against it by simply useing a move like hurricane fist and propell my self into the air, evading the jutsu

hmm..if the hurricane fist wouldn't it them in time the trendils could extend upwards to mid-range height. Do you wanna be in that position. Also any C-ranked wind can simply nullyfy it.

Table of ranks:

S Cancels forbidden of weak element.

Now please do note that when attacks of equal rank but discoring element clash, the one with the elemental pentagon on it's side will triumph. Now, the fact it triumph does not actuall mean that it'll continue with full strength (unless it's fire>wind). But it may affect it positvely. Water of A-rank against fire of A-rank gets a bit teamy but much much hotter.

No, a simple attack, just like lightning fang in which you concentrate and release raiton chakra into the sky producing shocks mid air.

*i focus my lightning chakra into the clouds, just like lighnting fang, and when the clouds have alot of electric power, i release all the chakra into the location of your konkuro clone, and the clouds "shoots" lighnting chakra @Kankuro*

actually i was wrong O_O...

You need to hug my kankuro clone rais your had release raiton chakra. Then reconcentrate it as you lay a thin layer of raiton chakra all around your body(not enough to shock anyone or you even if wet) then proceed by making a jolt land on you and shock my kankuro clone in a deathly embrace.

*as i see your "clone" i immedeatly run towards "it" and give it a biig bear hug. as soon as i embrace you, i focus my lightning chakra around my body, and release it towards you, then a jolt of electiricity from me, lands on your clone, rendering him stunned*
this is a really pointless jutsu...i dont like hugging...

very good. As you know, beneat the surface of the ground there is a bit of water or undergroud reservoirs ir much more humid earth. Well taking into account that principle, qucikly infuse suiton chakra with the ground searching that water. Then, manipulate it to make it rise right below my kankuro clone then release raiton chakra essence above the enemy and make a small bolt shock my clone.

*i focus my suiton chkra into the ground, looking for underground reservios of water. After i found 1, i focus my chakra and try to bring it to the surface, under you. As soon as the water appears under your feet, i focus my lighnting chakra into the ground like banquet of lightning and create a bolt of lightning into the water, stunning your clone*

Very good, but I think the lightning comes from above the opponent. But meh, that's how it is used in the game. Is kinda cheesy. Just remember that please.

Concentrate massiver amounts of raiton chakra into both of your palms. When you feel it is enough, release all the lightning in two twin surges from your palms. Apply shape manipulation to compress the surges into a whip like shape. Then attempt to hit this:

Tajuu....Kagebunshin no jutsu!!!

*I focus alot of lightning chakra itno both my palms. I then release it all, and use shape manipulation so that it becomes a whip. I then do something like Sansori (notice how its not Konkuro) and move the whips around like a puppet, whiping the Snookis in a massive mannar*
