Water is a universal solvent in which which all substance can dissolve in it.
Water is essential to human for us to keep on living.
It is used for attack and defense durin combat...it can be manupulated with the use of suiton chakra.
It is weak against earth and strong against fire.

I'm surprised with the shallow knowledge of water you have. Water is the epitome of balance. What brings and maintain life, but it also harness destruction. It is vital for a full nutrition, yet in it excess it has the opposite effect. water is also present in all forms of life and in mant object of anyone's daily life.
Anyways, let's attempt to tap on your suiton chakra. Go sit on the center of this shallow pond in the lotus postion. Make the tiger handseal as you feel your chakra flow constnatly, just like water and time do. Feel that flow, control and begin to make it flow into the pond's water feeling the very essence of the water itself and back to you and explain what do you feel.

*performing the tiger hand seal i start concentrating my chakra from my body slowly into the pond..and channel it back to my body...i feel peace and then i start feeling the energy of the water running through my entire body*

good, let's move to the first jutsu you'll learn releated to the water release.
First, i want you to concentrate your stuin chakra into your dominant hand. Then, think of a sword, any shape you fancy it as you mold the chakra. Then, continue by releasing the chakra and condensing it with the humidity of the air around you to form a sword of the said form made out of water.

compress the water, otherwise it will fall. after the sword is ideal, try to slash/stab my kankuro clone to see if it is battle worthy.
