Shunsui lazily walked through the rainy city, wondering why the village had become uninhabited. I mean, of course this rain was a curse, but this was their home at some point. The rain poored down heavily, but Shunsui shifted the goggles on his eyes and continued to search for any signs of life.

Description: The goggles were created by the combined effort of the Third Mizukage and his council. In an effort to control and mimic the power of Bijuu, they created weapons and accessories. These goggles were one of those items, they were crafted from a strange dense yet light metal found in a mine near Kirigakure and from the denses most strongest glass in the village. The Third Mizukage and some of his chakra and a councilmen's aswell sealed within the glasses. The glasses however were a failure they did nothing to help control a jinchuriki, however the glasses gained a strange new power due to the what was sealed within them. The third mizukage decided to keep them as they would aid him in battle and they covered his eyes from being blinded by debris or dust and sand, etc.

They emit a chakra field mid range all around the user, the air and underground as well. An object that is within the field is known to the goggles. The Goggle's can know where the object or chakra signature is, how big it is and it's speed, if moving, but only if the user is able to perceive and track the speed of said object himself. This information is sent right to the user as the goggles are connected.

Note: Goggles are very durable and can take one S ranked technique before disabling, but remain unbroken on the user, any further attack D rank and above will break them.

While scouting the surrounding area, Nagato spots someone with strange chakra off in the distance. Moving quickly Nagato crosses in front of the persons path. His hair wet and covering down his face. Nagato's rippled Eyes can still be seen though the crimson hair. "Why have you come to the land of Rain?" Nagato asks, not trusting of foreigners.

Description:
One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. Dispicted as the eyes of the SO6P, the Rinnegan awaken on Madara Uchiha after he obtained his EMS and implanted Hashirama's Senju cells in himself. Having both lineage from the SO6P allowed him to awake the Rinnegan. When Madara activates the Rinnegan, he seems to not suffer any kind decrease in his EMS abilities in terms of tracking speed, clarity of perception or seeing chakra. Eventually his eyes were bestowed upon Nagato Uzumaki and in him manifested lower abilities (equal or comparable to MS). While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara could switch at will between his EMS and Rinnegan eyes, although he wasn't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Eventually Obito transplanted Nagato's (and subsequently Madara's) Left Rinnegan into himself. By doing so he gained access to both Doujutsu at the same time although losing the ability to deactivate the Rinnegan and as such, losing chakra constantly to maintain it.

Note: Requires activation (spending move) for Madara bios but remains active indefinetely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Madara bio with Rinnegan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. Description: Quick fingers and an eye for detail were the Dollmaster's trademarks. But only once did he use his skills to create a weapon. This was the result, as colossal as his dolls were delicate. In a small town once known as "Arashi" lived a man known as the Dollmaster, he was well known for his craftsmanship, building and designing anything from furniture to houses but nothing compared to his Dolls, every single doll different in detail from it's previous. ranging in sizes and styles. Over the years he made thousands of Dolls, all made for his private collection. Every year during the week long "Festival of Lights". The Dollmaster placed is Dolls out on display to shine under the fireworks. After seeing the delicate Dolls, the Leader of the town admired his craftsmanship and asked the Dollmaster to make a Sword for him. Although the Dollmaster had never made a sword, he was excited to take on the challenge. Over the fallowing weeks, the Dollmaster spent most of his time on the sword, he crafted an unique blade. Upon finishing it's final details. the Dollmaster was killed by having his neck slit, his blood spilling out over the blade, his body lied bleeding out over the blade for weeks until he was found in his workshop under his home. it is unknown why the Dollmaster was assassinated. Later, after the creation of the Ninja Villages, the remaining Dollmaster's Dolls where collected and put on display in a museum located in the Land of Waves. his sword was placed as his most regarded piece of work and held as his homesteads most prize treasure. After seeing the Blade and unknown Ninja stole it for himself, only then did he learn the blade's Dominic past. Hearing the Dollmaster's voice echo throughout his mind.
Abilities Notes:
-Because of the Blood absorbed from the Dollmaster, this blade gained his chakra and soul, allowing for the sword to contaminated with it's user as if it was the Dollmaster himself. This allows the Dollmaster's Blade to alert it's wielder of anyone up to a Mid-range area.
-Once per battle the Dollmaster is able to Infuse his Chakra into it's wielder. by using this foreign Chakra the Dollmaster is able to dispelled any Genjutsu up to A-rank, giving it's wielder a clean slate.
-The Style of it's blade, is unique as it is a chain blade, allowing it's wielder to extend it's reach and un-extend it's reach up to a Mid Range area.
-Because of the Dollmaster's eye for detail, this blade is razor sharp and made out of an unknown metal that and never dulls, it is as sharp as it was the day it was forged.

As Nagato dashes in front of Shunsui, he smirks a tad bit before waving at him and replying.

"Well, someone sold me this land. Interesting someone is actually here. Hehe"

The hand waving seemed like nothing but a gesture, but in actuality it summoned Hattori from the pure realm. Hattori had expanded and thinned himself out in order to layer himself around Shunsui's clothing; Specifically his pink cloak and his straw hat. This would block the rain from hitting him from above and keep the rest of his body safe from being wet.

Description: Shojun no Hel is perhaps the most essential technique throughout the House's epitome of techniques. The jutsu is based on the use of the generic Genki which whom traverse between the Pure and Impure Realms, a.k.a into our 'dimension' per say. Through the convinction of the user, and a sacrifical portion of chakra, depending on the strength of the Genki, and the Rank within the House of the user, they will forcefully be able to persuade the Genki to do their bidding. Now this can be used in a various amount of ways, essentially by bending the savage spirit in it's else deformed mass of ethereal spiritual energy, the user is capable of forming 'constructs' of ethereal energy throughout the field through hand motions or else body movements. These constructs carries a certain colour of Kūki no Yōna depending on the user, upon materilizing in the desired area of the user's choice. Ontop of that, the contructs are either flame-like or solid in the appearence, thus adding for verstality. Once the sacrfice have been made the user can freely without further payment manipulate the Genki, with the only cost being spending a move. Being hit by a Genki will either do nothing (if the spirit decides to not take a tangible form), or produce kinetic, physical damage (if he takes physical form). In this case, the Genki still has the ability to select which matter he will interact with, though that is not true for energies, as per the clan description.
Note: only one spirit can be "controlled" at any given moment.

Nagato notices with his Rinnegan's heighten perception the rain stopping just short of his opponent. "Intresting, what kind of technique is this?" Nagato thinks to himself while he weaves together a quick chain of handeals appearing as a blur due to his advanced specialty in the basic elements. This will cause the ground to shake as a dome will quickly rise from long range around us. (this rises much like "mountain smash" but hallow, long ranged behind you and long ranged behind me, in a perfect circle) Then, once the dome begins to rise Nagato makes another handseal activating his Chakra Sensing ability allowing for further clarity as the dome blocks out the sky and any light. leaving us in complete darkness.

As the two slabs rise and start to close in on Shunsui and Nagato, Shunsui sent his Chakra into the clouds and activated a high level technique. Suddenly a large amount of clouds were pulled down onto the battle field where they'd surround Shunsui, Nagato and the dome around them. This would serve as a future medium for his rain techniques, allowing them to be used in a stronger and more versatile manner. Once the clouds were in place and the dome was fully enclosed, Shunsui began channeling more chakra into the rain that surrounded. Right outside of the dome to the left of Nagato a Trident composed of compressed rain was crafted. The trident was empowered by the vicious storm that Shunsui created, so when it lunged at the dome of earth in attempts to get to Nagato, it met little resistance. The trident ripped through the earth while expanding a bit, causing a gaping hole which started to make the dome crumble in that side. It swiftly continued at Nagato, being nearly 3 times his size at it aims to rip his upper body off. Meanwhile, Shunsui sat down and sensed all that was happening.

(Kadou Boufuu no Jutsu) - Vortex Storm Technique

This jutsu in effect doubles the damage done by rain jutsu attacks and makes them more difficult to dodge. When this technique is used, the rain that comes from the clouds falls sideways, down, up, and near every direction, keeping enemies off balance.
