I think 95% of the Naruto-readers were waiting for a Naruto-Minato convo attack first vs the Juubi... Father and son. Most propably this will not happen now, since team 7 is united again.

So rushed, so much awesome moments wasted... Kishi needs to slow down.

Kishimoto always alludes to Naruto surpassing his dad, so maybe when Minato gives him the other half of the kyuubi chakra they will have a little fight together.
