Lol. Most Naruto characters aren't that fast unless they are using Shunshin. Sasuke was simply running. Not to mention that means that Sakura's thought processes (as she didn't scream Shanaroo!!!! out loud) are faster than hypersonic, not surprising since human thought processes are already incredibly fast, everyone in Naruto reacts and acts far faster than any ordinary human.

Yet, Sakura shouted HAAAA!!! and Sasuke is still running, that's not hypersonic. Sasuke struggles to run, if not he will be trap there forever.

A sonic boom is the sound associated with the shock waves created by an object traveling through the air faster than the speed of sound. Nowhere near the speed doesn't necessarily mean, 10x increase in speed.
