*Seriously* Why couldn't Sasuke become hokage?

I wouldn't mind if he did to be honest, however we don't know what his full plan is and what that entails for everyone else. He also threatened and tried to kill his own teammates and his sensei who are leaf ninja. Went with Orochimaru who attacked the leaf village and was planning to do it again. Declared to destroy the leaf himself.... I mean come on. He has also shown to be irrational when it comes down to things... like if someone called the Uchiha a worthless and cursed clan he would kill them and anyone else that agrees with them.

To me it would be a VERY risky move to make him Hokage.

he did say and do all those things but it was basically all talk since he is now helping the village and fighting along side the people he threaten to kill, and since he reunited with his brother in the edo form, sasuke hasn't been irrational..... yet. His views has changed
