The same thing could be asked when people say that Sakura and Sasuke make the perfect couple >.> If you search good and read between the lines everyone can say that his favourite pairing is meant to be.
With one pairing, underlying hints will be more obvious than with another pairing and to me too, Sasuke and Naruto have a lot of underlying hints :shrug:
That's just how we, SasukexNaruto fans, see it. I'm sure that those NaruSaku, NaruHina and SasuSaku fans also can point out something they believe will show what a great pairing their favourite makes.
That's just how it is.
(I'm rooting for SasuNaru, but if Naruto has to end up with a girl, I hope it'll be Hinata)
On topic: I haven't watched that episode yet, but there's a reason why it is called a filler. If they would go further with the real story, there's a big chance they would get caught up to the manga too soon and then the wait for a new episode would be longer. You can always choose to don't watch the fillers, like some do. :shrug:
