Itachi can use crow clones and watch from far away to analize the situation, he then deduces the Peins powers and starts by sniping the human path with Amaterasu, he then could use totsuka on Preta, because Totsuka can't be absorved, now the only one that is troublesome is Deva, which has a 5 seconds cooldown, and he will not be able to use Bansho Tei'n because he will be using shinra tensei to deflect Itachi's attacks, and genjutsu works yes in the Paths, Jiraya used it, he could catch the Deva in genjutsu and finish the others which are the weakest
