Actually, Kabuto used a poison to nullify Yamato's use of his mokuton. Orochimaru also poisoned Spiral Zetsu with his curse mark.

I'm glad u made this because I thought of kuguya's weaknesses and poison could be one of them and that's what make sakura relevant in this battle

The strongest ninja that currently wields poison is Kankaro, unless KanKaro tries to take over the world, gets the rinnegan, and gets the 10 tail beast, Sakura will forever remain irrelevant.
