Seriously asking: What are possible counters to Totsuka and Yata?

Totsuka is said to seal everything it pierces right? But what if a jutsu like Naruto's, Magnet Release Rasengan (which is also a sealing jutsu) was thrown at it? Would they both be sealed or would totsuka somehow win?

I also think Yata is overhyped, so far Itachi only used it against 2 people (i think one, i dont quite remember him using it against Kabuto) and fans still say its invincible. Although it can be beaten with speed, people like Guy or Naruto who are fast enough, could run behind the user and break the Susano'o before the shield covers the entire body.

I know by using taijutsu and stuff you can evade it. What I meant is that does a powerful attack like for example, TBB gets negated or dodged?

Warped away with time-space jutsu....Kamui/Minato's barrier
Swarm of Shino's chakra eating bugs
Possibly Gedou mazo's soul devouring dragon things
Blind user with very bright light.
Having any forewarning that your opponent possesses said weapons....

You can simply dodge Totsuka. Or if you're pierced, pull an Orochimaru. Shinra Tensei can also knock it out of the way.
With Yata, Kamui. Probably Jinton. Any attack that strikes from underground like Hidden Mole Jutsu or Bracken Dance.
