• why didn't naruto and 9 tail sense sasuke's hatred?
• how comes sasuke was able to place all the tail beast under genjutsu while he wasn't facing them all
• if it was sasuke's version of IT how is it possible that sakura and kakashi aren't caught?

I had the same question. U_U He has been in KCM + for most of the war. I never call plot hole, but that's what it is. U_U
Similar to Kotoamatsukami.
He didn't reflect it from the moon. It's not MT, probably a weaker version mixing KA with MT, but it paralysis the victim.
