I'd be reluctant, cause 4 people died in there, but if I had no choice, why not. I would do a little investigation first though, and find out about the history of the house. If there could have been a previous family preceding that one that might have had strange incidents? If there's no shed of uncanniness besides that one incident, then I'd take tuck my pride away and pay up, provided the house was good to my sight.
