I understood why when the manga was going on, but come on, it's going on 3 years since the manga ended. I'm pretty sure we can have serious conversations without there being pairing wars 2.0 erupting.

True, but that's what I mean though. At this point, with the manga having ended so long ago, we should be able to critique the series, which we do, but that includes these dumb pairings.
