Serious question about Naruto and Sage of Six Paths!

Was debating someone earlier. If Obito never gave Naruto the 1 and 8 tails, would he have still met the Sage of Six Paths?

If I'm not mistaken, 667ish is when Obito takes him into the Kamui dimension and 670 is when Naruto meets the sage. So you're saying Naruto was meeting him regardless?

Well it is possible. Its quite often that something happens and then they show the same thing but from different perspective .

He would've encountered Hagoromo due to possessing Ashura's spirit, but the Bijuus were imperative for Naruto's survival which was a necessity if he wanted to meet Hagoromo in the first place.

It's a gift from the Sage because his chakra gave Naruto the body to use the chakra of the 9 bijuu, Hagoromo was the one calling their name and uniting them in the meeting place. Before that Naruto was unable to access their power.

The manga made it clear Six Path Senjutsu is Juubi chakra. Hagoromo's chakra and Sage Mode do not unlock RSM that's the fact.
