Serious question about Infinite Taukuyomi

So, many people pointed out that the IT can be avoided because either A. you don't have to look at the moon, or B. the moon goes away eventually, so I have a question, does Madara creating a new moon negate this loophole? Also, does that create another loophole (why a second moon hasn't seriously effected earth's gravity)?

I'm assuming if it were that simple, the IT wouldn't be a big deal. I doubt you can escape it so easily. Also, once you are pulled under, you are "theoretically" in it forever.
