Its because I dont know that person and cant tell if they're a creeper or not, so I just blow my nose in the paper towels and then leave.

Well, I, don't, have any problem with that, I don't mind people staring at my penis when I'm peeing, they can look at it all they want. Or stand next to me or whatever, that doesn't phase me. The piss comes out great, especially when my tank is full. Might sound weird and creepy, but that's just me.
