Madara (he's life was constantly fighting for power and his clan)
Hashirama (same goes for him^)
Tobirama (same goes for him^)
3rd Raikage (fighting 10.000 shinobi at once for 3 days straight = must've killed loads)
Sasori (had 298 human puppets, concurred/killed entire nation)
Hidan (killed everyone he saw for his rituals)
Kakuzu (killed almost everyone he encountered + was a bounty hunter)
Orochimaru (human experiments died alot + kills as he pleases)

Yep. Madara, Obito, and the Juubi. Ultimate serial killers.

Madara, he destroyed all the members of the 4th division that were still alive except for several people. He then started killing more people by controlling the Juubi, and I would not be surprised if he killed people during his prime.
