Sephiroth - Magic, Supernova, Heartless Angel, Octaslash, Shadow Flare, and Meteor.

Thor - Asgardian/Elder God Hybrid Physiology, Life-Force, Superhuman Strength, Godlike Invulnerability, Superhuman Speed, Superhuman Stamina, Superhuman Senses, Super Breath, Self Sustenance, Energy Manipulation, Memory Alteration, etc.

Location: Asgard to outer space.

Restrictions: Sephiroth can actually die.

My Argument: I would say Thor would win for the simple fact that either of them as shown full power but Thor has WAY more impressive feats and hype. Strength, speed, etc. All around better.

Sephiroth is quicker IMO. Thor CAN die, just because he is a Norse God it doesn't mean he can't be killed.

Also, why must Sephiroth become vulnerable? It's a fight, not a deathmatch.
