the whole Hinata breast rant came from when Kishi and SP started doing some fanservice for part 2 Hinata and other female characters

promotional stuff too since Japan itself is obsessed with that sort of thing

it became prevalent when youtubers and some trolls used it to push more of the Sakura rant, especially after the manga and anime itself made jokes about Sakua's body (as anime's do about chest size)

Sakura herself though was despised for other reasons then her chest

more so her attitude and over ego.... also others (but that is another scenario that we discussed to death)

Hinata being pro Naruto after we got literally every new character that was introduced, especially if it was a female, hating on Naruto and gushing over Sasuke was a breath of fresh air
