SENSEIs and SEMPAIs Please......!!!

i'm sucked of asking you guyz for training U_U....i asked each and every sensei/sampai for training and they said they are full...then i tried after a week they were still full...after a month they ARE still full...i mean if there're that much students learning then why ADMINS don't make more sensei's/sempai's to solve this.....If any sensei/sampai has a LITTLE time in their busy schedule[which is not possible i think] than i want to get their attention plz ??? :shrug:
