I start by tossing out flashbangs. blinding you as I use one hand to create three different techs one after the other.

increasing the rate it snows and making a chakra sensing snow,

I have a problem with this move:

the timing is way off w/o reflexes like raikage or minato the split second you have to preform that technique isn't going to cut it. if you had a lil more time then maybe. and considering how close clones appear to the user.. there's no time for you at all to do such a thing.

Woah woah woah. I just gained some common sense after i took a nap.

Your Mid-range,meaning it would take at least a second or two for me to get hit. Considering the clones were summoned do and immediately did they jutsu, you would either have your wind blade blocked by the wind balls, or over powered by the fire and destroyed. And not only that, how sure are you that the wind blade can stretch that distance and hit me while your running to your right, not forward. Yes it says it's a mid range jutsu, but i highly doubt it has the range to hit me. the clone running towards you sure, but not me. Because if you can hit me with the wind blade, you probably got hit with my widespread jutsu

next ...the jutsu says short-mid, if it couldnt reach you it would only say short-range. So the idea that it wouldnt reach you is fail.

your clones have to create handseals, then release thier jutsu and since I started my technique directly after the clones poof into exsistance i release wind chakra from my finger, then after since this wind blade appears basically right next to your clone on the left due to wind intangibility, (basically saying if there's air around you you can be hit by this jutsu rather before you can react unless you can see it coming, i.e Dojutsu. but since you took a flashbang full on without even trying to block it all you vision granted by the byakugan ceases. your ability to even see the chakra manifest is destroyed you are indeed blind. So you proceed to make clones full on knowing they would also be as blind as you and launch a attack at the place where i would last be instead of going on the defensive to recuperate like you should've.
Know because this attack happens quickly. I slice through your clone on the left before he finishes the seals for the fire flower, continuing running the blade across the middle, which then means it hits you and the clones, infront and behind you, but by the time I get to the last clone on the right his bullet blades would be released so after i destroy him I use another near instant jutsu.. slipping into the ground as the wind jutsu passes over me.

With that Ill get someone to check the move.

You wouldn't be able to hear it until I actually slice. as that's where the slicing sound comes from.. but like I said without any increased reactions, I doubt you'll be able to turn your body to water in time. Im waiting to see what Rag has to say.
