*Souji looks around as if someone was sneaking up on him*

*His expression turns from confused to a smile. Clearly he's a little eccentric. Souji proceeds to vigorously shake Chojuro's hand*

*after hearing sensei speak chojuro became more comfortable as he responded*

I am hoping to become a sensei myself one day.... but i think thats a longshot. By the way you can just call me choj for short. Oh an i am almost 20 xd. Is thag enough information. Ok. Now, let's go over two things. I want you, in your own words, to tell me what the water element is to you. It can be your opinion, how ninjas use it, or whatever you learned at the academy.

Water is one of the Five basic elements used. The water user can use water in their surrounding are to perform a water based jutsu or by transforming their Chakra into the element itself. Water is strong against Fire, It helps to enhance Lightning based techniques and is usually free flowing. It's shape can Be manipulated using chakra. Thats Basically What I am Able to come up with. As For the Reason I intend to Specialize in Water and Wind Combination techniques thats Why I need to learn this element.... I also need to master this element in order to submit my Custom justsu's Ideas and once approved add them to my arsenal of attacks

Good, you touched on shape and nature manipulation. Each one can manifest jutsu individually, but combining both creates an attack.
I can see you want to become a good water user! Water isn't my strongest point, but I will do my best to impart my own guidance xd
Now let's think of water in a more abstract fashion. I want you to (in character), visualize what water is to you. Mold your chakra to become like water; focus on your descriptions and comparisons. So, let me give you an example I'd use for earth:
"Sitting down to meditate, I begin by closing my eyes and becoming 'one' with the earth. I note Earth's structure... its hardness... its strength. It represents order, unbreakable will... by visualizing Earth in my mind, I begin flowing and molding my chakra throughout my system, allowing my chakra form into something greater."
... don't have to be that dramatic, but that's a rough idea of what I'm looking for. Just try to nail the symbolic expression of the element as well as its properties.

Chojuro steps back and without thinking begins to visualize the properties of water. The way it is free flowing and flexible. In his arms chojuro begins to mimic these properties as best he can while while allowing his chakra to free flow like the properties of water.
Chojuro scratches his head as he asked his sensei

Now, keep molding that water chakra within yourself. When you've gathered enough, form it in your hands to shoot waves and blasts of water. This is our first standard jutsu, so keep trying until you know how to perform it.
The cool thing about water is that you can either create water from your chakra, or manipulate water that's already existing around the battlefield. For this exercise, just try creating the water from yourself this time.

*Chojuro continues to mold his chakra in arms whilst maintaining the properties he evisioned earlier after a few seconds he feels his arms start to get heavier and then he released the technique after performing a punching action and a blast of water shoots out into the air which vanishes after some time*

That wasn't bad! Keep practicing and learning how water works, and you'll get the hang of it eventually.
Remember, that technique can also create defenses such as water shields to protect yourself. It's good against fire, but watch out for earth!
For our next jutsu, mold water chakra to expel a mist around us. The mist can block the vision of your opponents, and even those with Sharingan or Rinnegan won't be able to pick you out. However, Byakugan users can see right through the mist and find you. This is a good evasion/stealth/setup jutsu which can allow you to move freely and attack from unknown angles for sneaky results.
Can you think of some ways you'd get rid of the mist if an opponent used it against you?
