Kakashi warping a titan's head and arm, trying to warp the Juubi, etc... and then he can't warp Madara's gujodama away. It's kind of silly.

Agreed, but in a way you could make the gangbang argument on anybody. Kamui is broken due to its bad establishment in the series- it's rarely actually ended a battle or been a true trump card that pulled through.
