The RP system isn't as simple as that.

First, you need a biography of a character which has to meet certain critera, once you're biography is approved you can move onto actual training.

I recommend staying on Narutobase a bit longer and getting more posts (not trolling or spamming) and then wait to join the system as you'll be able to learn higher ranking jutsu.

Believe it or not but i just joined the system and now i can learn up to S-Ranks because i waited until joining.

Not the correct and proper way to ask. You VM them. Senseis have orange names while their Senpais are under them. Senpais are usually post in the profile. Their is a Sensei tablet to select from the different Senseis. However, before you train, you must have created a Bio. That Bio must also be approve before RPing. Senseis are busy or usually full with Students. You would have to want patiently. You could use that time to become familar with the rules or spar to gain experience.
