"Good job, and the sound it gives off, already tells the opponent that Lightning chakra is involved, so watch for getting hit with a water blast to short circuit you. Anyway, here you go."

"Alright, now the next one is quite simple. Start off by running towards the opponent, and charging chakra into your blade/sword, through the hand that is holding it. This would cause the sword to become bright blue in color. As you get close enough, you will jump, and spin your body, as you extend the sword towards the opponent. This would allow you to spin, and hit the opponent several times due to the momentum gathered before hand. From above, it would look like a blue spinning circle of doom. A very nice technique, and simple overall. Use it against my clone."

Elijah creates a clone that runs towards Keji.

Keji begins running towards the clone and begins channeling chakra into his blade; this causes the blade to glow blue. Once in close range Keji creates a small pillar of earth that launches him in the air. Now above the clone Keji points his blade towards it and begins to spin his body clockwise forming a blue spinning circle of doom; which crashes down on the clone striking it several times. As the clone dissipates Keji plants his sword in the ground in attempts to regain balance.

"Advantages. One it is an aerial assault and like the other aerials you have taught me is perfect when combined with other jutsu or a partner. The other advantage is the rotation which allows the user to strike the opponent several times before the attack finishes. Disadvantages would be the hang time in air which for cqc specialist is a disadvantage to the user. Another would be that this would have to be set up or else it is to obvious. Finally against a Hyuuga this attack would be rendered useless."

Description: The user will channel chakra into their sword making it glow blue and then jumping into the air they spin at a rapid rate creating a spinning circle and cutting through the enemy target.

"Now for the last one, this technique is best used when you are struck by a free flowing Lightning technique like Chidori Nagashi. Once hit, and with your sword already drawn, you can use your sword as a Lightning rod by letting it attract the Lightning currents from the opponent's attack. You will then point the tip of the blade into the ground causing it to dispel the lightning charge, and also nullify the effects of paralysis. Use it when I hit you with a Chidori Nagashi."

Keji hears a different voice speaking to him. He regains his balance after the lecture to witness Dean standing before him. "Dean? When the @$%# did you get here? Also were is Eli..." Dean attacks with Chidori Nagashi hitting Keji in the left arm; Keji then grabs his sword firmly since it is already in the ground allowing the current to flow through him into the sword and then disperses.

"Advantages. First it effectively neutralizes the effects of most free flowing raiton attacks which is paralysis. The second is it's defensive qualities, for example: If you or a partner had followed up with a ground based doton attack the electricity surging through the ground would've nullified it. The biggest disadvantage that I see is that you still take initial damage from the enemies jutsu and that this technique only works on free flowing raiton jutsu. Also you don't even say hi and you try and kill me... dammit Dino." Keji looks up to realize that what he thought was Dean was just a transformed shadow clone of Elijah's.

 

[Detective L]

"You don't actually take the damage, otherwise the technique wouldn't be as useful. You channel the Lightning that would damage you, and disperse it, in a sense. The perfect counter to those who spam Nagashi, but also that can be extremely useful in the long run. Nonetheless, you understand the technique, so here you go."

Description: The user by use of a sword can use it as a rod to attract lightning currents that are channeled into the user from opponents attacks and by pointing the tip of the blade into the ground the user is then able to dispel the lightning charge nullifing the effects of paralysis. However this only works on free flowing lightning based techniques such as the Chidori current and not on focused lightning based techniques
