Kakashi (pre Kamui) & Sasuke (with chidori and sharingan but no curse mark)
Might Gai & Rock Lee
Asuma & Shikamaru
Zabuza and Haku
Minato (Before he was Hokage) & Young Kakashi (pre sharingan)
Jiraiya (no sage mode) & Naruto (no nine tails cloak but has rasengan and toad summons)
Sorry about all the restrictions i just wanted to make it fairly close and add more if you can think of any fair ones. (one thats too strong would be like Orochimaru & Kabuto)
