Ragna had planned to meet up with Korra sensei but when he got to the meeting place no one was there. It was a strange place. It seemed to be daym but it also seemed like night. It would be a shame to smoke in such a beautiful area....but Ragna really didn't care. He lit his cigar with Katon chakra and past the time until some shady character walked up to him...it was that emo brat.....the one who had a high bounty on his head. "Sasuke Uchiha........so I am guessing Korra sensei isn't meeting me. In that case I can kill you and move on later."
Ragna performed a string of 4 handseals causing it to rain. Of course this was only an illusion as the rain cascaded across the battlefield. As the droplets touched Sasuke it would cause his muscles to contract in such away that he cannot perform his normal basic movements. Ragna then quickly manipulated sphere of water to form around Sasuke to trap him but hat was a set up for his final jutsu. Since Sasuke was trapped inside the sphere of water Ragna then sent electrical chains 1 meter around Sasuke. The water contacting the chains caused the current to run through the sphere and shock Sasuke. Ragna finished by performing the ram handseal shocking everything inside Raiton chains.

Description: The user performs a set of 4 hand seals and casts the target within an illusion, In said illusion the target would see it starting to rain across the entire battlefield, as the droplets of rain touches the targets body it undergoes a drastic change. The target would experience an altered skeletal muscle performance in his/her muscle tone, like an unusual "tightness", stiffness and/or "pull" of the muscles, making it hard for the target to grasp things like kunai's, swords etc, along with failure to perform hand seals and/or move around correctly. This change in body structure within the illusion would trick the opponents brain into believing that grasping things and performing handseals in reality is just as difficult, resulting in failure to perform hand seals and/or proper movement.
Note - Can only be used twice per battle.

The user of this jutsu can perform the ram handseal to proceed to shock the enemy that has become trapped inside if he so chooses to so.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.

Sasuke watches closely as you perform your hand signs. As Sasuke sees the rain start to come down his sharingan notices something. He sees past the rain seeing your chakra going into him through the fake rain. Thanks to his sharingan he knows this is fake. Sasuke uses his sharingan to take control over your illusionary technique and reverses it backto you by taking control of it and releasing oneself at the same time trapping you in your own genjutsu.

Description:This is a illusion counter were, through the use of their sharingan, an Uchiha can take control over an enemy illusionary techniques and reverse it back into the opponent by taking control of it and releasing oneself at the same time. With 1 Tomoe, it can affect C-Rank and below illusions. With 2 Tomoe it can affect B-Rank and bellow illusions. With a 3 Tomoe, it can affect A-Rank and below illusions. With MS/EMS it can affect S-Rank and bellow illusions. Can only be used once every two turns.
As his opponent is now trapped in his own illusion, Sasuke takes advantage of this and creates a chidori in his left hand and uses his chakra to release numerous amount of senbon of lightning directly at his foe.

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.
As his opponent gets hit by the senbon Sasuke does the snake sign and channels his chakra into the ground to change the ground into a fine sand like dust quality, then use his chakra to make sand/dust in the ground turn into Hydrophobic Sand, in a short to mid range with a 10 meter radius, while also being Mid Range in depth.

Description: The user will do the snake sign channel either already existing Red Sand or their chakra into the ground to change the ground into a fine sand like dust quality, then use their chakra to make sand/dust in the ground turn into Hydrophobic Sand, in a short to mid range with a 10 meter radius, while also being Mid Range in depth, so the user will have more to use in a battle. This is like when Gaara uses his sand to create more sand from the ground for his use.

Suddenly it was Ragna's body that could not move correctly. The rain was hindering him. "Damn sharingan. I knew this would happen." Realizing this was the same jutsu Ragna created he began to release himself from it. Ragna released futon chakra all around his body at once to expel the genjutsu that was sent back at him via the sharingan. He released two kunai one above the senbons and one below it. He didn't have to worry about the senbons themselves because his wind would neutralize them as they came near. The kunai would head for his lower body and neck area.

Description: This is a very useful jutsu to keep enemies from getting into close range, and blowing away weapons/items. The user will gather up large amounts of wind chakra into every single pore into their body. Once done, they will release it all at once, creating an immense and powerful breeze of wind from their body in every single direction up to short range. The breeze is so powerful that if one person is in short range, the wind pressure would blow them back into mid range with ease, and even then the opponent can still feel the breeze all the way up to long range (It would feel as if its simply windy from Mid-Long range) It is able to blow away objects giving them more speed (If a kunai was to be thrown at the user and this jutsu is active. It would blow the object back twice as fast due to the wind propelling the weapon backwards) This justu essentially makes it extremely hard to get within short range without being blown back violently. Luckily this jutsu does no physical damage except the small blunt impact of being blown back but that isnt strong enough to do damage. This jutsu is very unique, cause just like chidori has the chirping sound, this jutsu gives off a loud whistling noise, to give off its unique nature of a jutsu as the air currents makes the noise from the users body. This jutsu is in no way offensive so it does no damage whatsoever.

When Sasuke stomps the ground Ragna activates his sensory abilities. He could sense the chakra that Sasuke was attempting to send his way and move underneath his position. Performing the Tiger handseal Ragna manipulated his Suiton chakra to form an orb of water with numerous tendrils. Using the tendrils Ragna grabbed himself and threw himself at Sasuke. While launched toward Sasuke in the air Ragna performed 3 handseals extremely fast, due to his second specialty in Raiton, and then released massive amounts of Raiton chakra into his right hand too form the famous Raikiri. The lightning crackled and broke the ground as he zoomed to pierce Sasuke in the chest.As you throw the two kunai Sasuke sees them coming and takes out two kunais and throws them at each kunai deflecting them with ease. Sasuke than stomps on the ground, using his fire chakra and making an underground tunnel from between themselves and you. He then breathe out fire into the tunnel, causing the fire carry rock and other debris with it as it travels, melting them. With a single hand seal, the molten rock debris erupts from the ground underneath you, engulfing you and burning you alive.
