As I see my opponent, I immediately channel chakra into my eyes, causing the blood to go into my eyes and allowing the veins to become more pronounced. At the same time, I would throw 2 kunai at you. This however, is all hidden beneath the mask that Nightwing wears, so you wouldn't see the Byakugan. It allows me a 360 degree field of vision, with the tracking speeds of a 3 Tomoe sharingan.

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

I would then make a single blazing fast handseal, which would happen extremely quickly. I would channel my water chakra into the area behind you, and almost immediately, a large beast made entirely of water materializes behind you, and the instant it's head is formed it quickly releases two blasts of water each equivalent to B rank. They would come from behind you. As they fly, the beast would then sweep it's claws into you, and collapse into a massive wave of water as it does, which would slam into you with a lot of force.

Without missing a beat, I channel raiton into both of my hands. I then release a volley of dozens of balls of raiton chakra. Then, with the famous chakra control of the Hyuga, I suspend the spheres of raiton in the air. They surround you completely from every angle. They then begin to spin rapidly, making it extremely difficult if not impossible for you to dodge them. I then cause them to suddenly collapse in, and would blast your body apart if they were to hit you. Even if you were to somehow avoid them, you would be blinded by the lightning, and I would throw two kunai at you while you were blinded.

Upon seeing you throw two kunai at him, Gon knows that this battle has begun. As he sees you release the two kunai Gon focuses his futon chakra into his hand and swings it, releasing a blade of wind towards you while at the same time with the other hand he throws three kunai. Two clash with the others you already threw, knocking them away while the third kunai continues towards you behind the wind with an explosive tag attached.

Seeing you perform a hand seal immediately after releasing the kunai, Gon hears the sound of moving wate behind him. He quickly turns his head to see a giant beast of water just finish forming. Thinking quickly Gon focuses his doton chakra into his mouth and spits out a large chunk of earth towards the beast. This would not only defend him from the first blast it releases but it would then clash with it and destroy it.

(Fūton: Kaze No Yaiba) - Wind Style: Wind Blade

Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

As you throw the kunai to deflect off eachother, I would immediately throw away any thought of using the lightning jutsu for the moment. I would then make a single quick handseal, and concentrate my fire chakra and release three dragon shaped fire balls in quick succession. They would easily burn through your wind jutsu, and detonate the explosive kunai behind prematurely so it would explode harmlessly somewhere between us. The fire dragons would approach as your head was turned, and so you would not see them.

(Katon: Ryūen Hōka no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Dragon Flame Release Song Technique

These arms can be used in a multitude of ways as they are controlled by the user as if they were their normal arms, they also become incorporated into the users chakra network, using them to support Kenjutsu, Taijutsu and even Ninjutsu. These arms can be used to perform hand seals for elemental jutsu as well. These arms give; a +10 damage boost to all kenjutsu attacks if they are used to support the hands in the swing or action with the sword; they also give a +10 damage boost to all taijutsu punches by adding an extra fist to each hit; and finally these arms can create rasengan and remove the need for shadow clones when using (Tsuin Rasengan) – Twin Spiralling Sphere by using the arms to add the necessary rotation to the rasengan.
Notes:
- Can only be taught by Shinta,
- Can only be used four times,
- The arms remain for three turns or until the user cancels the jutsu,
- As the earth chakra is only requires to initially create the arms, incorporating them temporarily into the users chakra network, the user is able to perform all jutsu as per normal with the exceptions of full body lightning jutsu.

*Can only absorb techniques one rank above maximum, higher than that, the paw will take half of the damage, and will be useless for 2 turns*
*Can only be used once every 2 turns*
*The absorbed attack will loose the impact, which is to say all the momentum. Energy attacks (such as Fire or Lightning) will behave the same way, but will only be harmless to the user if it's a technique of the same rank, following the above mentioned drawback for S rank, while Forbidden techniques aren't affected at all*

Well in my opinion, you absorb the impact but not the heat. You absorbed the impact caused by the fire's semi solid state, but would still get your arms extremely burned because of the heat. It absorbs impact, not heat energy, but I'll continue as if nothing had happened.



As you fire the pressure shot at me, it would be the size of the hand as you stated. Now, with my Byakugan I'm able to easily follow it's path, almost as if it's moving in slow motion. So as it is coming towards me, I would begin to sway almost uncertainly as I run. Knowing that I had no way of stopping the shockwave using power, I would have to avoid it. I would immediately, bend my entire body to the left side, twisting as I do so and releasing chakra from several chakra points in my right foot so that I pivot sharply, in an almost lazy manner. It would appear as if a drunkard had lost his balance and was spinning to the side suddenly. There are no inhibitions, and no hesitation, I pivot completely avoiding your shockwave as it is only the size of a mere paw. The shock wave would continue past me and strike the water far off in the distance. It would explode, in a deafening sound. If that had hit me, I most certainly would have died.

The user can either make themselves drunk or immitate the method by use of swaying and uneven balance on their feet to attack their opponents a total of 12 variant attacks.

I would continue running, and as I do would have reached short range. I use all my arms to their full effect, and I would begin a series of palm strikes with the additional arms above my normal ones. They would be extremely fast, moving as a blur. The palm strikes would all be aimed towards your chest area. At the same time, I would use one palm strike aimed at your head with my left hand, which if it would connect would most likely drive your head forwards, and down towards the ground. As it does, I would move my right knee up at the same time aiming to slam it into your rapidly descending face. This would happen quickly, because you are of such short stature. If the knee were to connect, it would most likely cave your face in, and reduce it to a bloody pulp.

So, I was asked to judge this fight, and to be honest, it was really short. <.<

xHoudinii, at first, what I saw was you throwing two kunai faster than an A-rank wind technique, and a third kunai with the same hand as the first two just slower than the wind technique. You also appear to completely ignore the lightning jutsu at the end of your opponent's turn. After that, you absorb the impact from a fire technique, but absorbing the impact doesn't mean you absorb, or are otherwise unaffected by, the heat, as Vēx pointed out, but was kind enough to continue on. Also, the whole fight you don't take any opportunity to attack or otherwise pressure your opponent.
Vēx, you had a good opening move, taking advantage of the terrain your opponent set up. You then take the fight to close-range, where your Hyuuga abilities will be able to fully take charge of the fight, and you pressure xHoudinii throughout the whole fight.

I give the win to Vēx, but it was quite short. <.<
