I like it a lot. It does allow for one to wonder though, what happened to all the senjus if they were this great? The uchiha clan survived within the village, but yet there nothing on the senju clan in the village. It is unlikely the whole senju clan disappeared naturally between the creation of the village and the now. Considering the fact that the only reason the uchiha clan are gone is because of a massacre. Such an OP clan cannot just vanish.

Also you compared Tobirama with Kisame. I would like to power up Tobirama in one fact that he can use water techniques even in a place where not a single drop of water is available around a huge radius near him. I'm bored to find the proof but you can find it. Its during the battle of Shodaime and Niidaime with Sandaime in an enclosed jutsu pillared by the four sound ninjas. When Tobirama uses the water jutsu, one of the anbu explains his ability.
And about Kisame, if any water source is near him then he is the top most water style user after Tobirama.
I agree with everything except Tobirama being able to heal himself (in the final part of your theory)
I think Hashirama had a rapid regenration technique because of his Sage mode. And Tsunade invented her style of regenration using Medical Ninjutsu. But Tobirama? We still haven't seen it and I think we won't be able to since he's himself an Edo now.

Yeah maybe Hashirama disbanded Senjuu clan after creating Konoha village, and who knows which clan are their offshoots or have connection with Senjuu clan, there is many possibilities Kishi would use.
