Senjutsu Tailed beast bomb

Hello guys, I always wondered how really powerfull could be Senjutsu tailed beast bomb if it was used.

^^ Juubi Jin Obito has shown a bit of worry while being forced to bring Final form Ten tails out of him. It was only when Naruto decided to use Senjutsu tailed beast bomb.

Now I wonder what Kishi tried to say by it, here I have two theories:

1) Senjutsu attacks works on Juubi Jin Obito... so Tailed beast bombs filled with Sage chakra could be enough powerfull to put Obito in danger or even kill him. It was only very dangerous to Obito due to Sage chakra but it changes nothing again anyone other.

2) Senjutsu enhanced Tailed beast bomb is much more powerfull then normal Tailed beast bomb. It was as NOT JUST Very dangerous for Ten tails Host Obito but also for anyone else, all shinobi.

really how can you say that ? Did Naruto use Senjutsu tailed beast bomb on scan even at once time ?
