Senjutsu might be the source for rinnegan

We all know that the Juubi is made out of Senjutsu(Nature energy), everyone can agree on that because it's a manga fact(If you disagree, you can't read the manga properly).
We also know the eldest son was gifted with the Sage's strong chakra (which I think it's the Juubi's chakra) and spiritual energy.

Tobirama explained how Uchiha gets their sharingan.. special chakra sprouts from their brains and into their eyes. This might be how the sage got his rinnegan. The Juubi's senjutsu chakra affected the sage's eyes and formed the rinnegan...

Just like how Naruto gets new eyes in SM (even though it doesn't do anything).

To back up my theory, just look at the eldest son's eyes, he has the same things around his eyes that Naruto has in SM. Plus it would explain why Sasuke was so compatible with the Cursemark (which is made from senjutsu).

And I think the special powers of the rinnegan comes from the Juubi itself. Because we know Naruto has also gotten Kurama's powers (Sensing evil, fast healing) and the other Jinchuuriki also has powers they got from their bijuu (I might be wrong about this one, but the Juubi is a mindless beast right now, so there is no way to prove that)

Juubi is not made of Senjutsu it is made out of Nature Energy. Senjutsu are the tech's you use with Nature Energy. Besides that good thread
