[Discussion] Senjutsu chakra and/or curse seal powers for everyone

Naruto can't give Senjutsu chakra to others unless their train to be a Sage, they would die as explain by the Toads. The curse seal takes time to form and control properly and over use burns up the user,were in the middle of a war will Obito give them a chance to develop it? Be realistic and practical.
