also juugo infused directly his chakra with susanoo because he was in contact with it,yet idk how he will be able to infuse black flames with his power.

No, Obito can still block it or dodge it.

The only reason they got him last time was because Tobirama and Minato did that trick with FTG.

Also it burns slowly so that leaves Obito plenty of time to deal with it.

Susano'o is only cloaked with Senjutsu. Sasuke isn't.
As long as Juugo is there and Susnao'o is active, Sasuke can hit Obito.

Although Naruto can do a Senjutsu Massive Rasenshuriken cloaked in Sasuke's Amaterasu to hurt Obito.

Probably. Isn't Amaterasu supposed to eat away all Chakra? Hachibi is basically a manifestation of chakra and its chakra was affected by Amaterasu. Sasuke's Katon attack was eaten through as well. It should affect Juubito even without aid from Nature. But this should do the job as well.
