Interesting, but I would agree with some of the other guys that we don't see the chakra going into the mokuton user, although the wood did react to the chakra.

What I do find more interesting is the fact that Samehada was taking the chakra and turning it into "Stamina" or "Life Force" which we know has to do with the body (as opposed to spiritual energy/imagination).

Through this the body regenerated exponetially, so nice find for that at least. This could explain why Hashi could heal so quickly because his life force was so enhanced that healing came about much faster.

haha.. yes.. good comprehension.. a reply to your first sentence.. i think it was not shown to transfer chakra to the user [ MADARA ]
coz he no longer need chakra hes an EDO after all.. and in some way maybe hashirama's wood dragon jutso is far more advance.. thats another assumption
