Tsunade and Karin are useless in a battle of these proportions. Naruto gives Nagato a chakra cloak (which skyrockets the powers of his jutsu), while the latter destroys Tobirama the other stalls Hashirama. Once Nagato has finished, he comes to help Naruto, and they defeat Hashirama.

And why is that?

Healthy Nagato speed is portrayed to be above base Bee's, which is around on par or even greater than MS Sasuke's. Give him a Kyuubi cloak and he'll be one of the fastest characters we've seen. His ST's will be demolishing any Mokuton constructs in the way of Naruto's BM avatar. Naruto's SM enhanced TBB's should slowly but surely demolish any Buddha statue, along with Nagato's mass ST's and Asura lasers. Clones using FRS is also quite a counter to the Buddha, given it will be ripping off the hands in a similar fashion to Madara's TBB empowered Magatamas. Tobirama won't be much of a factor in this fight, he can't hurt either of the two without his Edo, and the edo is hard countered by BT>Soul rip. Tsunade gets restrained by chakra chains in the same way 100% kurama did.

Its pretty much Naruto and Nagato vs Hashirama, since the others are non factors, and Hashirama vs BSM Naruto could go either way, adding a cloaked Nagato means Hashirama dies, mid diff.
