In my opinion, Nagato can handle Tobirama, and Tsunade. Kushina, even while dying, has chakra chains powerful enough to restrain the full kyuubi. We can only assume that this strength would be multiplied many-fold while healthy. Add to this the chakra sharing of BSM Naruto, and Hashirama, in both scenarios (especially 2), is at a distadvantage. A chakra cloak powered Nagato.... that's frightening. We also have Karin who can heal others relatively quickly (via biting her). It'd be a good match.

--Naruto powers up the uzumakis and multiplies their DC,,

--Karin and Kushina can defeat tsunade through their chains which can subdue something as powerful as full kyuubi

--Naruto giives Hashirama a good fight,,whilst nagato defeats tobirama as he would be boosted by naruto

--once nagato and co, are done with their respective foes, i believe they can tip the odds in narutos favour annd give the uzumakkis the win
