Naruto's team wins.
Of course, Hashirama will be fighting with Madara..so its PS Kurama vs Shinsuusenju, which canonically ended with both constructs destroyed, and with Hashirama edging out a victory, but that fight will last a while. This course of action isn't debatable in the slightest.
That leaves Sasuke, Tobirama, Nagato and Naruto left. Team Uzumaki has an advantage since they will be the only team together during this fight, and Naruto can power up Nagato with a Kurama Cloak. If these 4 duke it out, Team Uzuamki would rape the other 2. Naruto and Nagato individually, are FAR above Tobirama. The only move he has that is worth a damn offensively, is Gojo, and even that is worthless in front of Naruto's BSM avatar, which would easily tank it. Naruto>Sasuke. Naruto>>Tobirama. Nagato>Sasuke (With a Kurama cloak) and Nagato>>Tobirama (With a Kurama cloak the gap is even larger) No matter who they fight, they will win.
It can be argued that Sasuke and Tobirama would join their respective partners in this fight, but given the bloodlust, and the fact that they have an intense rivalry, along with the fact that Tobirama and Sasuke would be nigh useless to their partners leads me to believe they won't be joining in this fight.
Once Tobirama and Sasuke have been mopped up, Naruto and Nagato (Who still have plenty of chakra left) defeat a weakened Hashirama and Madara.
