If Madara can use Kurama it can go either way:
Madara falls against Hashirama but he is basically useless after it. Amaterasu pretty much one shots Tsunade and the Uchiha bros can tango with Tobi.
Whitout Kurama is a med diff for the Senju.

Believe madara set chakra aside prior when he used izanagi against hashirama. Although madara was still wounded from the battle against hashirama despite rewriting his death, so madara won't be in any good condition afterwards (assuming he has kurama).
