Information about this particular thread:
It was said that the SO6P had two son's the older son inherited the eyes of the sage.. His powerful chakra and spiritual energy. And the younger inherited the body of the sage.. His life force and physical energy:
Now the main point I am making in this thread is that I believe the two sons descended into four clans not just the senju and uchiha. This has already became obvious to us when we was told the uzumaki's were distant blood relatives to the Senju's, but I would like to go in to this in more detail and also state the the hyuga clan are distant blood relatives to the Uchiha clan.
What I believe is that four clans have inherited a large amount of one of the four things passed down by the sage. Which is their main feat, not only feat as all of these clans will have all four of these things but the feats that aren’t their main feat will be on normal levels (confusing I know but read on I make it simple). Each of the four clans will specialise in/have high amounts of one of these four things left by the sage:
Body of the sage:
Physical energy = Senju Clan
Life force = Uzumaki Clan
Eye’s of the sage:
Spiritual energy = Uchiha Clan
Powerful chakra = Hyuga Clan
I have also come to the conclusion that:
Life force (Stamina) -> Physical energy (Body) + Spiritual Energy (Spirit) = Powerful Chakra (Chakra)
Why? will be discussed later on (conclusion)

Senju clan received the Physical strength from the sage
From all members of the Senju clan, we have seen a great level of physical strength.
Hashirama punch to hiruzen:
Tsunade:
Danzo kick karin: with Hashirama's DNA he was able to send karin flying with a simple kick
So Senju's have powerful bodies and are able to do great things such as powerful punches. However I don't believe healing is their main ability I believe that is an uzumaki's main ability. The 1st could heal himself like Tsunade but we have to remember that the 1st was the strongest of his clan so this doesn't mean whatever he can do everyone else in the clan can do(healing without hand signs, wood release). Also his wife was an uzumaki and she could of taught he things like healing just as kushina taught minato seals and Tsunade taught sakura healing.
Tsunade is an exception to be this good at healing because her grandma is an uzumaki and she processes that diamond shape mark on her forehead which she must of inherited from her grandma:

Also her summons that she is in contact with seem to have their own regenerative abilities which Tsunade might of learnt too.

Uzumaki received the Life force from the sage
Kabuto says that uzumaki’s have a great life force:
kushina says uzumaki were blessed with astonishingly long lives (which suggest strong life force):
As part of their life force I believe this is what helps them specialise in healing (examples Naruto, Karin).
As well I feel they will have huge amounts of chakra because the basis of moulding chakra is stamina which is basically one’s life force: They also have the ability to sense people which is most likely because of their powerful life force abilities.

But then I thought wait but "madara" said he was born with unique chakra then I realised unique just means it was special chakra. Special | Spiritual it's basically the same thing.

Tsukuyomi/genjutsu's:

Izanami, Izanagi etc..
These are not normal things in the shinobi world they are special.. Spiritual. Susano is a prime example.
Conditions have to be fulfilled to activate next step in power in the clan, almost like rituals.

Byakugan received the powerful chakra from the sage(notice not huge amount of chakra) just powerful.
There's always been something about the hyuga clan and chakra. They have always been able to the most with chakra and there chakra is so powerful it's visible. Examples are:

As we know chakra enhances normal abilities. So their powerful chakra should be applied to them when seeing which it is.
They can see metres further than the normal average eye can
With their eyes they can see the chakra flow and chakra points inside you:

Rinnegan:
The uchiha clan are the chosen bloodline to obtain the rinnegan not the hyuga clan. This could be because the uchiha carried a stronger spirit of hatred towards the younger son’s decendants then the hyuga did meaning the uchiha connected more with the elder son.
Anyway for my theory to be true that means that the Rinnegan should have something to do/similar traits with byakugan, even if it’s just small things. If it didn’t then that would be a bit odd as the hyuga clan should be descendants of the Elder son. (According to my theory)
After looking into it more I have seen traits from both spiritual chakra and powerful chakra in rinnegan. But it’s like Rinnegan has perfect control over them, as it should.

That’s it for spiritual traits but this eye is meant for Uchiha’s anyway and they keep all their abilities so there would be a lot more spiritual traits if an Uchiha obtained the Rinnegan.
I got these traits based off nagato but I believe some
things like his summonings having life were due to his life force as he is an Uzumaki. Because these animals are not spiritual like Susano they were real (not real animals I mean like they are physically real, as in it doesn't look like you can walk through it)
Also I think nagato's huge amount of chakra was due to his life force (stamina) as he was an Uzumaki.

The reason I came to this conclusion is because the more stamina you have the more chakra you have:

It makes sense that Physical energy (Body) and Spiritual energy (Spirit) go together because when you add Hashirama 's DNA who according to my theory is Physical energy to sharingan which according to my theory is Spiritual energy the spiritual energy is more effective.
Examples: Danzo using Senju DNA to extend Izanagi's activation time limit before the eye closing to one minute.
Hyuga's having a powerful chakra would explain why in most of their techniques their chakra is visible. Also their powerful chakra and great chakra control combining with their doujutsu explains why most of what they can do involves chakra.
Don't get confused I am not saying that Senju only have Physical energy or Uchiha only have spiritual energy, as all ninja have all of these:
Life force (Stamina) -> Physical energy (Body) + Spiritual Energy (Spirit)= Powerful Chakra (Chakra)
As the sage would have taught clans about them and how to use them.
But what I am saying is that four clans specialises (has a high amount) in one of these four things and is their main feat. As I believe they have inherited it directly from the sage himself.

- The elder son descendants were split into two clans the Uchiha and the Hyuga, these two clans being the only two other doujutsu makes this pretty obvious but I wanted to go into it deeper.
- The younger sons descendants were split into two clans the Senju and the Uzumaki which again is obvious as Kushina told us that the Senju and the Uzumaki were distant blood relatives.
- What the two sons inherited split into the four clans like this:
Physical energy = Senju Clan
Life force = Uzumaki Clan
Spiritual energy = Uchiha Clan
Power chakra = Hyuga Clan
