well techinically edo madara is not just an uchiha .....he has hashi's wood inside him and half the tech he showed are hashi's like flower world,wood dragon,wood clone

so if we take just uchiha powers

madara - already beaten by hashi (madara himself praises hashi's power)
obito -already bested by minato
itachi - i dont have anyone for itachi for now ....maybe SM Jman, 3rd hokage cant decide for him
sasuke- naruto obviously
shisui- this guy was beaten by danzo and his eye was taken by danzo
