From what we've seen so far i think the uchiha clan was indeed the strongest.

Tobirama, Tsunade,...there aren't many of them that we know...but you can't say that there is only hashirama...kishi didn't say anything about the others...and how many powrfull uchihas can you count execpt Itachi,Sasuke,Obito,Madara and Shisui...they are the only one's that were know of and were told of...

i think uzumaki and so6p closer than senju
Uzumaki ---> senju ----> clans in konoha
Uchiha -----> uchiha ----> uchiha
Uchiha all about preservation while senju all about passing generations down
I also think that so6p was uzumaki and when he died his hair turned white like nagato
And the uchiha was part of the juubi
So when so6p was juubi jinchuuriki, the senju came from so6p and uchiha from juubi to make charkra and teach ninjutsu or ninshuu from back when it was called before ninjutsu
And when he had 2 sons one had his senju will and the other uchiha will to peace

Karin= sasuke recruited her Thnx to her healing and senser abilities.
Kushina = high chakra reserves and host if the ninetail fox. N her sealing abilities were high scale jutsus.
Naruto= u already know what naruto can do.

I think the Uzimaki clan was stronger than Uchiha or Senju. As stated above, Senju is about passing down their genes. Uchiha though wiped out by 2 of there own (Itachi and Obito) and Danzo remember? but that was because they planned to take over Kanoha. But look at the Uzimaki clan. Remember? The entire ninja world turned on them and destroyed there clan for fear of their sealing jutsu. That didn't happen to either Uchiha or Senju. Uzimake>Senju> or =Uchiha.
