Hashirama , Tobirama and then they dissappear where are they ?

How do you get such awesome and big avatars?

You can get a larger avatar if you either win a contest or buy premium, the third option is that you become a mod (which most likely wont happen, almost certain). Also wrong section as cookie monster said.
