As far as I can analyze from the manga, Hashirama and SO6P are the ones who gave birth to a whole different KKG that define life and death.

But Madara is from the Elder Son who is the Yin of the Juubi, what they have is the Sharingan, he only acquired Mokuton by taking Hashirama's cells.

Okay we all know the three holy clans are:

Uchiha

Uzumaki

Senju

The sage had two sons, we know this as a fact. One Son inherited his eyes, while the other inherited his body. Now my question is: Where do the Uzumaki fall into place in all of this? If the older son(Uchiha ancestor) and the younger son (Senju ancestor) are destined to rival each other like Madara say's, then why is Naruto, a Uzumaki, destined to rival a Uchiha(Sasuke)? Is Minato a Senju Decedent with a different surname? This would make sense, it would explain why Naruto, a Uzumaki, is to rival Sasuke, a Uchiha. To further my question, which clan predates which? Did the Uzumaki predate both Uchiha and Senju? It was said that the Senju and Uzumaki was somehow related, does this mean the Uchiha true rivals are the Uzumaki which would give Madara another reason to kill the entire Uzumaki clan, or are both Senju and Uzumaki the rivals of the Uchiha?

Minato is a Senju Decedent with a different surname.this could be true.he was given his mother's name
maybe just like naruto.

My theories
1.senju,uzumaki,uhiha and hyuga are children of sage and hyuga is the oldest one
2.older son and younger son of sage had two children each they are the begining of these 4 clans.

older son 1.hyuga 2.uhiha
younger son1.senju 2.uzumaki

I think Minato's mother was a Senju who married a man who's surname was Namikaze. Think about it, the entire Senju clan has all but vanished, except for Tsunade, not only that but Minato resembles Tsunade in appearance, and Tobirama in skill. Also, Kishi loves to hit us with that "history repeating it self" thing, which is why Mito and Kushina,both Uzumaki 9 tails jinchuuriki, married a Senju Hokage. IMO anyway.
