Senju not able too host the Bijuu(s) ? Stated where ?

I don't believe anyone said that the Senju's are unable to host a bijuu. The popular train of thought however is that only an Uzamaki can hold the nine tails. Whether that is true or not I am unsure but it seems plausible from the fact that they went to find out Kushina to become it's host and not just anyone.

To host a bijuu you must have large chakra reserves and a strong life force. Bee for example is NOT an Uzumaki. As far as Kurama goes though...... I think the only people to host the nine tails has been Uzumaki. Mito Uzumaki, Kushina Uzumaki, and now Naruto. We all know that Uchihas have the ability to control the Demon Fox though so that may mean that they could possibly host it as well. Not something that Kishi has elaborated on a lot.

The uzumakis are better suited for jinchuuriki vessels specially powerful bijuus like the nine tails and ten tails can only be suited for the uzumaki clan, obitos gonna be pissed if he finds out he can't be the perfect host for the ten tails

Well theoratically anyone can be a jinkchuriki but not everyone has the strength to keep the Biju in control.... the jink's are in constant danger of being driven insane or being destroyed from within or breaking the seal... so u cant entrust the Biju to regular people. Thats why Jinks are entrusted to strongest possible candidate ...... Note how Kurama was sealed within Mito and Kushi when there was a risk of seal breaking while giving birth. Wouldnt a male Uzumaki reduced the danger? Yet Kushi was specially imported for that.... It seems that some people like Kushi and Bee are born with special chakra that can with withstand the influence of the Biju and the strongest possible candidate is used to ensure guarantee safety and due to some reason some of the Uzumaki tend to have that special attribute than most others.

very true but I think bee was chosen because he was the cousin of the previous jinchuuriki and bee's cousin was better so far compared to other pevious jins so that's why. The other thing might be because B's attitude towards the 8 tails...

This is also another reason that proves more that Uzumaki comes before Senju...Sicne it has never shown a senju hostin tailed beasts. they always sent for uzumaki from outside the village to come handle them when there were senjus all over the village. But this is only a theory

I dont think you need a bloodline to be a host but only uzumakis can survive the extraction process
