Hashirama Senju (千手柱間, Senju Hashirama), renowned as the God of Shinobi (忍の神, Shinobi no Kami), was a legendary ninja who hailed from the Senju clan that together with Uchiha Madara from the Uchiha clan, established the first shinobi village: Konohagakure. He would later go on to become the village's First Hokage. Hailed as the strongest Shinobi to have ever lived, his raw power and his skill were menacing. He was the only shinobi so far to have been born with the usage of Wood Release, a KG that enables him to mold together Earth and Water natures to produce trees, wood, etc. A part from his special KG, Hashirama was incredibly intelligent and skilled. While he often had an aloof, carefree demeanor, he was also quite harsh and determined when needed. He was also a keen ninja, having knowledge of many fields from Ninjutsu to Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Bukijutsu and Kinjutsu. Because of his large chakra reserves, Hashirama could use senjutsu and enter Wood Sage Mode — a feat he could perform instantaneously. Another trait that was noted by Madara was that Hashirama seemed very versed and skillful in the usage of Medical Jutsu, to a degree, even, that Tsunade considered her own usage of Medical Jutsu to pale in comparison.

- Hashirama gains an increase of +1 Bonus MIND, BODY and +2 Bonus VIT unless they are using Dual Abilities, in which case the ability with the highest AP boosts will apply.
- He is the original user of Wood Release, capable of using it with much greater speed, size and skill than other wood users and has access to Wood SM, a powerful Senjutsu using mode that enhances his Wood jutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu.
- He is a chakra sensor, capable of using the chakra sensing technique.
- Hashirama is capable of using Regeneration Ability, allowing him to heal most damage that the user sustains without the need for hand seals. This allows him to heal burns, cuts, and even stab wounds or small fractures passively over time. More advanced applications require Wood SM to be active.
Restrictions:
- To make a Hashirama bio one must have Chūnin Rank and 20,000 Kumi.
