Senju Hashirama- clearly underestimated!

Few manga chaps back, when madara unleashed the perfect susano'o against the five kages. He said something about how Hashirama being the only that can stop him..
So my thought here is this: with all that beastly power of madara, he still thinks Hashi can stop him, i know we all would say if Hashi is revived, madara would kick his ass! Yeah! i know even i would say that...
However, i think we are clearly underestimating Senju Hashirama.. I think there's something spectacular, unique(apart from mokuton and his recovery/regenerating abilities) and terrifying about him that still makes madara says Hashirama is the only one that can stop him, despite the power he(madara) now wields.. So what are your opinions and thoughts?

Personally I also think that he's underrated when he's put against ninja like the Third Raikage or other ET ninja Kabuto used besides the obvious trump card which is Madara and receives the lower praise. He can also be overrated though, so it really depends what thread you're viewing at what time.

madara talks about Hashi who lived what 70-100 years ago? both were young then and madara was weak which = hashi was also weak, madara has been training underground for 60 or so years ofc hes strong and his mind is stuck in the past that is why he says Hashi is strong

The reason madara said hashriama can stop him is cause hashirama is the only one who has a fighting chance to stop him not that he cant litereally kill him

i have looked at the many times that madara said hashi is the ONLY one who can stop him.....to put it in perspective.....hiruzen stopped the kages and oro.....didnt beat them, only stopped them....so hashi can do some thing to stop madara....

people love to over and underrate hashi.....simple fact is....if madara fought hashi without kurama, it would been a much quicker battle, and hashi might not have needed to go all out.....so keep in mind that hashi>madara+kurama.....so hashi>>madara.......and i think that edo madara>hashi .....edo hashi= edo madara?

Nope, i don't think his mind is so stuck in the past to the point of him not recognizing his own strength i.e the difference of his strength when he fought Hashi and the one he no has...
