There's no answer, lolfiction or the author don't consider appropriate to give wood release to anybody else, it seems like an unique trait of Hashirama maybe due to his high life force.

only relative we've seen thus far who actually used jutsu is Tsunade, and she's a grand daughter. They're blood relatives but not by all too much when you think about it. Who knows, maybe Nawaki could've developed it when he was older but never had the opportunity. I think with any kekkai genkai not all relatives have it and he simply didnt have enough.

Uhh lets just say Hashirama's kids/relatives were exposed to an unknown source of radiation which emitted highly ionising radiation that had alter their DNA, causing a mutation and thus 'removing' the wood style characteristic. Problem solved ahahah....
