Senju DNA

Something that got me wondering, We saw how many people were after Hashirama Senju's DNA and all but why not Tobirama's or even Tsunade ? Those two are senju as well plus strong in their own right and i surely doubt it's soley to acquire the wood release kekkei genkai so what are your thoughts on this subject ?

What evidence do you have to suggest that Younger Son has Mokuton? Madara, Kabuto, etc just say you need SENJU and UCHIHA cells. I don't get why everyone goes after Hashirama either. Btw the Elder Son is the one with the eyes.

Rikudo sennin was the juubi's jinchuuriki when he created his 2 sons.

Elder son acquired the Juubi's eye (rinnegan)
Younger son acquired the juubi's body (mokuton)

You need Hashirama's DNA in order to have rikudo's body.

The wood release has nothing to do with the Younger Son and from what i know the exception of Hashirama's kekkei genkai, There's not so difference when it comes to the DNA of a senju like Tobirama's or Tsunade.
