its clear kabuto remains superior. he has way too many techniques including virtually all of orchimaru's, and the DNA of taka and sound 5. his SM was such that he could avoid susano arrow and chidori spear. oro relies on tanking attacks but if kabuto just impales him with muki tensei rock spears then he will be pinned in place and get shanked by scalpels. we know for a fact part 1 kabuto blitzed orochimaru and forced him to use body rebirth. imagine if it was sm kabuto.
